About these terms
These terms apply to your use of makeproductlist.com and to every order placed with Make Product List, 5934 Whitebud Dr, Raleigh, NC 27609, USA. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
All prices are in US dollars. We try to describe every product and price accurately. If we find an error after you order, we will contact you before charging and you may cancel. Product photos are for illustration and packaging may vary.
Orders and payment
When you place an order we email a confirmation and a secure payment link. Your order is accepted once payment is complete. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.
Sales tax
North Carolina sales tax is charged on orders shipped to North Carolina addresses where required by law. Any tax due is shown on your payment link before you pay.
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on orders over $46 after discounts, otherwise $5.95. Express shipping is $13.95. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Promo codes
Code LIST10 gives 10% off eligible products and cannot be used on gift cards. One code per order. Codes have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Digital products
Gift cards, software and course codes are sent by email and are subject to the issuer's own terms. Keep codes secure. We are not responsible for codes lost or shared after delivery.
Returns
Returns are covered by our return and refund policy.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation or copy its content for commercial use without permission. All text, images and logos on the site belong to Make Product List or are used with permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under North Carolina consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, unless the law requires otherwise.
